Essential Adventure can take you from water basics to the thrill of white water paddling. After meeting your instructor you'll be given a short safety briefing, the equipment and the info about the basics of paddling. Then you'll be shown the basic strokes. If you like, your day may include a river journey and fun games!

Ensure you bring trainers and clothes that you don't mind getting wet. The course takes place in the Exeter Ship Canal and the River Exe, Rivers Dart and Barle.
