Aquanauts Dive Centre
Welcome To The Diving Capital
In Aquanauts Dive Centre you can do your first PADI Open Water course, instructor training, dive HMS Scylia, charter a boat or just have fun diving in Plymouth. Aquanauts is Devon's first PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Diving Centre, National Geographic Dive Centre and Gold Palm Resort.
The PADI Discover Scuba/ Discover Scuba Diving programs let you experience diving under the supervision of a PADI Instructor in pool or pool like conditions, such as those found at a resort. During your adventure, you'll master some basic concepts and scuba skills and might even head off on an open water adventure.
Open Water Diver gives you full certification as a diver, recognised world wide, valid for life. The course will last four days. On day one you'll listen for some intro and have a pool training. On day two you'll have more lectures and a complete pool training. On day three, to build confidence, you'll have two shore dives. On day four you'll have two hardboard dives on real dive sites.
All training equipment and materials are provided.
National Georgaphic Diver is for you if you want to learn to dive and have an interest in the world in which we live. It is designed to integrate with the Open Water Diver Course and contains the same materials you'll get as part of the Open Water course along with the National Geographic Almanac and course DVD. This is a five-day course. Days 1-4 are the same as Open Water, on day five you'll have Environment and additional Navigation training.
