Beach in Torquay

A small sheltered, sand and shingle beach, safe for swimming. Lots of crabs can be found in amongst the rocks and fishing is possible from the breakwater. Steep road/walk to beach, parking limited at beach level.

The sand and shingle beach at Babbacombe is popular for sailing and fishing off the breakwater. The sheltered conditions and easy access to the water have also made it extremely popular with the diving community.
