The Circus of Horrors is coming back to Devon and the Princess Theatre in Torquay for one night only – Thursday 1st March 2007 at 7.30pm.

Buckland Abbey are putting on special activities during the weekends of the half term period. Activities include Brass Rubbing at their Brass Rubbing Centre, the Victorian kitchen handling collection, and many more activities. The activities are on from 2 until 5 on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend (24th and 25th February).

The University of Plymouth are holding a contemporary music festival called Voices II between the 23-26 February 2007 at various locations in Plymouth including Portland Square, St Andrew’s Church, music venue ‘The Hub’ as well as the university itself so it would be a great way to visit various different parts of Plymouth.

A PUPPET show, pirate themed stories and crafts, Chinese New Year celebrations and a chance to see a working model of a lighthouse are all on offer in Devon’s libraries this half term.

Animated lions, bears and pigs are set to visit the largest animation festival in the South West! Now in its 8th record breaking year. Animated Exeter organised by Exeter City Council takes place from 12th - 24th February and will be home to ‘Paddington Bear’, ‘Huxley Pig’, Susie Templeton’s ‘Peter & the Wolf’ and Aardman creation ‘Angry Kid’.
