For over 30 years Billy Cobham has received international acclaim as the total consummate percussionist.

In 1983, Britain lost one of its most treasured, iconic, rock and roll stars, Billy Fury, while his band lost their valued friend and lead singer. The band found a great tribute singer in Colin Gold. Colin and the original band Tornadoes continue to tour, performing the greatest Billy Fury hits of the ’60s and ’70s, delighting audiences at many of the UK’s largest venues and concert halls, and will be heading to the Exmouth Pavilion on Thursday, October 2.

The Exmouth Town Concert Band will be playing on Saturday, September 27 from 2-4pm at The Manor Gardens. The Brass band will be joining 50 bands up and down the country all playing simultaniously as part of the run-up to the Olympic games in 2012.
