On the 12th April, rangers from Decoy Country Park in Newton Abbot are going to be leading a 1 mile walk to the wettest and boggiest parts of Decoy Country Park. The walk is expected to take about two hours and starts at 2pm from the ranger’s office. Families are encouraged to wear wellies or wet feet will be the result! Anyone is welcome to attend but pushchairs and wheelchairs may find the route difficult and the rangers are also asking people to leave their dogs at home.

Exeter Mountain Bike Club are holding a few Easter bike rides at Haldon Forest Park in Exeter. There will be all different levels of cycle routes and children are welcome. There will also be Easter Egg hunts for the children.

Exeter Chamber Choir will be performing a concert in St Marychurch Parish Church. The concert will be on Saturday 24th March at 7.30pm.

Why not go for a nice walk this Saturday (17th march) at Haldon Forest Park near Exeter. The rangers are putting on guided walks between 10 am and 1pm where you can go and see the spring wildlife in the forest. The distance of the walk is three miles.

Friday 30th march-Sunday 1st April sees the Exeter Festival of South West England Food and Drink at the Northernhay Gardens in Exeter.
