By becoming a Holiday Home or Lodge owner at Lady’s Mile or Oakcliff Holiday Parks you will soon discover the benefits to yourselves and your family. And what better way to invest your families' future leisure time that could also be a valuable additional source of income.

We currently offer many types of Holiday Home and will be happy to provide a price on any model. After all, it is your Holiday Home and we feel that you should have the home of your dreams. All homes are fully furnished with every attention to detail. Many have double-glazing and central heating fitted as standard, and if you wish to make the most of Devon's warmer winter climate then extra insulation is also standard on most models.

When you purchase a Holiday Home you will have the use of all on-site facilities at both parks, and remember we are close to the Blue Flag resort of Dawlish Warren which, apart from it's sandy beach, has an 18 hole links golf course and a world famous Nature Reserve.

Lodges
Maryland Paddock offers exceptional elevated sea and estuary views across Exmouth, the Exe Estuary, and some with views stretching back to Haldon Forest. 
Unlike many other Holiday Lodges, these will be offered for sale with full 12 months occupancy with no restrictions on length of time any one person or family can stay. We offer a choice in pitch agreements on our lodges ranging from 35 years, up to 99 years.

Caravans
The caravans are offered for sale with 6 months occupancy but can be used 12 months of the year. The pitch agreements are for 15 years on new caravans and 15 years from the date of manufacture on second hand caravans.

All the new holiday homes are fully inclusive of…

• Delivery to site, PDI check, siting of the unit on pitch.
• All connections to water, sewer, electricity and gas.  Initial boiler commissioning and first years safety check by Corgi registered engineer.
• Decking is included with the price, the design of the decking depends on which model of caravan you choose.

Pitch Fees
The annual pitch fee at both Lady’s Mile & Oakcliff is £2583.00 inc. VAT.
The annual service charge at both Lady’s Mile & Oakcliff is £235 inc. VAT (Local authority rates, water & sewage).

Letting
We do offer a letting service for which we charge a commission and cleaning fee.

Pets
Pets are welcome in privately owned caravans, but must be exercised off the park at Oakcliff and in the designated area at Lady’s Mile.
