How To Book A Family Holiday At Lady's Mile
1 - Please read all the conditions listed below and then complete your booking. There are 3 different ways to book a holiday at Lady's Mile. These are the options:
a) Complete your booking on-line. We are currently upgrading our systems, please call us to make your booking on 01626 863411
b) Print out the booking form and send it together with a deposit (£20 per pitch per week, for touring and camping or £50 per holiday home per week). Non UK residents must pay by Eurocheque or credit card only. Click here to open the booking form and then print it off.
c) Telephone us on 01626 863411 and complete your booking over the phone.
2 - Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to LADY'S MILE HOLIDAY PARK with your your name, address & card no. on the back.
3 - We will then send you an invoice showing your balance which should be paid at least 28 days before your arrival date.
4 - Holiday Cancellation Plan For Only £10 per week or part touring
and camping, £20 per week for holiday homes. Only payable with Holiday
Deposit. Only members of the party named on the Booking
Form are covered by this scheme. Once a booking has been received
by lady's Mile Holiday Park it becomes a legally binding contract.
No monies will be returned unless covered by our Cancellation Plan
or your own insurance.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. The appropriate deposit must be paid at the time of booking,this is not refundable should you cancel or fail to comply with section 4
2. We regret that in the event of cancellation or leaving early, no refunds are made. Therefore we cannot emphasise too strongly the wisdom of taking out our cancellation plan.
3. Our Cancellation Plan covers the whole of your party up to and including the day your holiday commences against cancellation due to:
(a) Redundancy or jury service of a member of the party.
(b) Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party.
We guarantee to return the FULL AMOUNT of Deposit and Balance paid to Lady’s Mile under this scheme. Please give as much notice as possible and provide the appropriate authorative documents in confirmation of your reason for cancellation, ie. Doctor’s note, Death Certificate, Redundancy Notice under the Payment Act 1965. Claims outside the specified reasons for cancellation cannot be entertained.
4. The balance must be received no later than four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of your booking. In case of cancellation, you will be liable for the full amount if we cannot re-let your pitch or accommodation. All cancellations must be made in writing. No reminder will be sent. Unless you advise us of late arrival, your pitch will be held until noon the following day, after which we will presume you have cancelled. During Peak and High Season anyone entering the site after or before the Reception is open will be charged for the previous night.
5. A charge of £3 will be made to any confirmed booking if an alteration is made.
6. In the instance of behaviour detrimental to other holidaymakers, persons responsible may be asked to leave the site. We cater for family holidays and mixed couples only and regret that we do not normally accept single sex groups. We also reserve the right to refuse any booking or terminate any holiday
7. Vehicles must not exceed the 5 MILES PER HOUR speed limit on the park, and all drivers must hold a driving licence and have adequate insurance. Non-registered motorised vehicles (eg scooters, skateboards) are not permitted on the site.
8. No one under the age of 18 will buy or drink any form of ALCOHOL from the Site Shop or The Mile Bar. Persons doing so will be asked to leave the site. Children in The Mile Bar must be accompanied by an adult and stay in the designated Family Area. We do advise young people to bring some form of Identification to prove they are 18 should they wish to buy alcohol from the site shop or The Mile Bar.
9 During MID and LOW season some facilities may not be open due to lack of demand and weather conditions, therefore we advise you to check what is open before booking.
10 We shall not be liable in the event of any accommodation or other facilities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
11 As most of our facilities at Lady’s Mile are included in the price you pay (which includes membership to The Mile Bar), we have to charge for day visitors to the park (please ask at reception). Visitors must report to and pay at reception before entering the site.
12 During peak season advance bookings are only accepted on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Mid-weekly and odd night bookings are accepted in low, mid and high seasons. (Saturday to Saturday bookings only for all holiday homes).
13 We do not guarantee a specific pitch on the site, but we will do our best to keep groups and families together.
14 During high and peak season sites may not be available until 11.00am and should be vacated by 11.00am. A late departure charge will be levied for departures after 12.00 noon. Self catering accommodation will be available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am.
15 The information supplied on this reservation form will be stored on our computer for the purposes of future distribution to you of our advertising material and under no circumstances will be passed on to a third party. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1984 the signing of the reservation form signifies assent to this, as well as agreeing to the terms above.
16 Unless the outstanding balance of your holiday is paid before arrival, sites will only be held up to 12.00 noon on the date of arrival.
17 A £3.00 administration charge will be applied to all bookings of less than 7 consecutive nights.
