Prices and booking

All prices include VAT at the current standard rate and include the use of all facilities, swimming pools and clubhouse providing your wristband passes are worn at all times. Please note that any Central heating, Linen, Hire of travel cots or high chairs are at an extra cost and should be requested when booking.
Furthermore the number of persons (including babies and children) occupying the accommodation must not exceed the stated berth and all occupants must be declared at time of booking.

* The Sapphire, Diamond and Emerald statics are the only units that permit dogs. The prices above include one pet per unit, any more must be declared at the time of booking with an extra charge of £40 per dog.

*Smoking is not permitted in any of our accomodation.

* Central heating is an additional charge payable at time of booking or on arrival. It operates on a pre-set timer from 07:00am - 11:00am and 17:00pm - 12:00pm. It cost £10 per week during June - September, and £15 per week during October - May. Please note, it is only available in certain units.

* Linen is an extra cost and is charged at £6 per set with a £10 security deposit payable on arrival. Deposits are refunded on departure once linen is returned to reception with your proof of receipt.
