Coronavirus Important Information
We are delighted to announce that Lady’s Mile will open on Saturday 4th July.
We will be taking bookings from 4th July 2020 and we’ve added a ‘COVID Secure Guarantee’ to all bookings for 2020 so you can book your summer holiday with confidence. Our ‘COVID Secure Guarantee’ means that, in the event that your holiday is cancelled due to COVID-19, your money will be refunded in full.
We are pleased to announce that all our customers will receive 25% off their July and August holidays. Our essential facilities will be open in July and August including, Showers and Toilets, Oceans Bar and Restaurant (with evening meal 5pm to 11pm), Marquee bar (noon till 10pm), Outdoor play area, Pump track, Multi-sports court, Arcade (5pm – 10pm), Hair salon. The gym will not be open.
COVID UPDATE 14th July…
We are pleased to announce that our outdoor swimming pool will be open from 18th July on a limited basis. Customers staying on the park can book their sessions in July and August by clicking on the activities tab. These are sold on a first come first served basis and are chargeable at £4pp for a 55 minute session including the flume.
Limited live entertainment is now available at the Marquee bar. Please look at the entertainment board for details located by the exit of the main club.
Keeping you safe
At Lady’s Mile, the health and safety of our guests, owners, and team is our number one priority.
Whilst the current risk of Coronavirus to our guests, owners, and team is low—we recognise the situation is potentially unsettling. We reassure you; we are closely monitoring developments and following Government guidance, ensuring you can enjoy the holiday you deserve.
We’re open for business as usual and will provide an update should any changes occur affecting our breaks.

When visiting our park, please adhere to the following, government issued advice:
- Wash hands regularly for at least 20 seconds
- Use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser if soap and water are unavailable
- Maintain good hygiene practices such as using tissues when coughing or sneezing
- Dispose of all tissues in a bin
- If you begin to feel unwell, contact 111 for further advice
What happens if I need to cancel my holiday?
We will be taking bookings from 4th July 2020 and we’ve added a ‘COVID Secure Guarantee’ to all bookings for 2020 so you can book your summer holiday with confidence. Our ‘COVID Secure Guarantee’ means that, in the event that your holiday is cancelled due to COVID-19, your money will be refunded in full. This policy is only available for guests who have booked direct. Those who have booked through third party agencies must contact them for their cancellation policies.
What happens if I become unwell on my holiday?
If you do become unwell during your stay, including developing a fever over 37.5 degrees or a persistent dry cough, please contact 111 for the appropriate medical advice. We ask you do not come into reception or other communal areas of the park and instead remain in your accommodation. Once you have done so, please contact a member of our team by calling 07340 380620, and we will advise on a case by case basis. We will happily refund in partial or full, depending on circumstances, if your holiday is affected.
